About Us
Our family loves to bring their dogs to our property to run and play, and my daughter suggested we open a Sniffspot. My first reaction was, "what is a Sniffspot". But when she explained what Sniffspots are and how they provide a safe alternative to public dog parks, I knew we had to use this spot for one.
We decided if we were going to open a Dog Park, we didn't just want an empty lot for dogs to run in, but a real park where both dog{s) AND dog parents can come and play, relax, and enjoy themselves.
We began clearing the area and construction of the walkways, deck, agility equipment, and fence in June 2022 and officially opened in December 2022.
The park is named it after our dog, Samantha {Sammy). However, my daughter Cayla and her dog Giffey have been instrumental in the park's development.
